Report on Ordinance No. 7 of 1907.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled "An Ordinance to amend the Law relating to Bills of Exchange" and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.

It is considered desirable to extend to the Colony the provisions of 16 & 17 Vict. c. 59 sec. 19 and of 6 Edw. VII c. 17.
